An Exploration-Stage Graphite Project in Bahia, Brazil.

Geopportunity is advancing the Macarani Graphite Project, an exploration-stage graphite project located in the Bahia-Minas Graphite Province. The project is supported by geological, geochemical and geophysical work, rigorous QA/QC protocols, and preliminary metallurgical testing. A new Independent Technical Report (ITR), prepared by Dr. Volodymyr Myadzel, PhD, MAIG, has been completed and presents an Inferred Mineral Resource of approximately 14.34 million tonnes at an average grade of 3.81% Cg for Body B. Geopportunity is evaluating strategic partnerships and potential transactions for the project.

The project benefits from completed geological mapping, trenching, auger drilling, geophysical surveys, preliminary metallurgical testing, environmental permitting, 3D geological modelling, and mineral resource assessment.

Project Highlights:
Tenure: Bahia, Brazil (ANM Process 872.241/2015).
Mineral Resource: Inferred Mineral Resource of approximately 14.34 million tonnes at an average grade of 3.81% Cg for Body B.
Exploration Target: Approximately 37.63 million tonnes at an average grade of 3.66% Cg, identified separately from the Mineral Resource. The potential quantity and grade are conceptual in nature.
Metallurgy: Preliminary bench-scale metallurgical testing completed by SGS Geosol.
Geophysics: 23 electrical resistivity sections identified subsurface anomalies interpreted as potential extensions of mapped mineralized zones.
Permitting: Active Simplified Environmental License (LAS nº 004/2026) and Environmental Authorization for Mineral Drilling.
Technical Report: Independent Technical Report (ITR) completed by Dr. Volodymyr Myadzel, PhD, MAIG.
