Building a Surface-Validated, Systematically Advancing Graphite Asset in Brazil

Geopportunity is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-quality graphite assets through disciplined, capital-efficient exploration strategies grounded in technical validation and structured risk reduction.

We are advancing a high-potential graphite project in Bahia, Brazil through a phased, data-driven development model designed to systematically validate geology, confirm metallurgical performance, and position the asset for strategic partnership.

Project Overview

The project is located in southern Bahia within the Bahia–Minas Graphite Province, a recognized district hosting multiple flake graphite occurrences.

Surface geological mapping, trenching, auger drilling, and geophysical surveys have defined a structurally continuous graphite-bearing system comprising three principal mineralized bodies, forming a scalable geological framework suitable for phased advancement.

The project remains in the exploration stage and is progressing through structured technical validation prior to major capital deployment. Current geological modeling is based on surface and shallow subsurface data, with diamond drilling planned as the next validation step.

Technical Highlights

• Geophysical surveys confirming subsurface continuity of graphite-bearing horizons
• Laboratory testing indicating average head grades of approximately 5% Cg based on surface and shallow sampling
• Preliminary metallurgical testing reporting concentrate grades of approximately 81.5% carbon with 72.5% recovery
• Mineralogical confirmation of flake graphite presence and beneficiation potential
• QA/QC protocols implemented through independent laboratory analysis

All current results are derived from surface mapping, trenching, channel sampling, and auger drilling programs.

Development Approach
Phase 1 – Technical Validation (Completed / Ongoing)

Surface mapping, trenching, auger drilling, geophysical interpretation, and preliminary metallurgical characterization.

Phase 2 – Resource Definition (Planned)

Targeted diamond drilling to confirm depth continuity, refine structural interpretation, and support compliant mineral resource classification and 3D modeling.

Phase 3 – Strategic Partnership

Positioning the asset for joint venture, farm-in, or structured development through staged technical de-risking and capital discipline.
