Luciano Brandão — Project Management & Institutional Relations Luciano is responsible for project management, institutional relations, and stakeholder engagement for the Macarani Graphite Project. He coordinates technical programs, supports regulatory and community interactions, and facilitates communication with investors and strategic partners. His focus is on advancing the Macarani Graphite Project through disciplined project execution, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Dr. Volodymyr Myadzel, PhD — Chief Geologist & Qualified Person (QP) Dr. Myadzel is an internationally recognized senior geologist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, 3D geological modeling, and resource estimation. He serves as a Qualified Person (QP) under National Instrument 43-101 standards for the Macarani Graphite Project.

Technical Assessment Dr. Myadzel is currently conducting a technical review to consolidate all historical geological data and finalize a technical report aligned with international reporting structures. Key findings from his site visit support a structurally consistent operation and confirm that the fully engineered 15-hole diamond drilling campaign is precisely sited to provide the data required to support future resource estimation under international reporting standards. The team combines technical excellence, disciplined project management, and strategic execution to position the Macarani Graphite Project for future partnership and development opportunities.
